A veteran is a person who served in the active military, naval, or air service, discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.

  • MHC will complete an intake application for services. MHC will connect the individual to the Veterans Affairs disability assistance program. Once the referral is complete, and services are provided, MHC will follow up on progress every 6 months for 1 year.
